Our Society

Welcome to the ASNOS website. The Asian Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (ASNOS) is an international professional organization of neuro-ophthalmologists in Asian region. It aims to promote the field of neuro-ophthalmology by supporting medical education, encouraging research, improving clinical practice. ASNOS and its members sponsor a bi-annual scientific meeting, and increase collaborations between neuro-ophthalmologists within and beyond ASNOS member countries.

Our Aims

1. Organize an independent Asian Neuro-ophthalmology Society (ASNOS) Congress at least once every two years to advance the knowledge in the field.
2. Develop and promote research collaborations between neuro-ophthalmologists within and beyond ASNOS member countries.
3. Promote general public education on patient eye care in neuro-ophthalmology.
4. Associate with supranational ophthalmological societies in different regions, and to collaborate with other international and regional associations with similar interests.
5. Work with other local, regional and international organizations to co-organize symposia with their scientific programs.
